This is not going to be a good week...

Apparently, my washer was leaking down into his unit (it wasn't, but apparently the pipes between our units are.)

When he first knocked, I told him to go away; I was not going to open the door. (I've been the target of his hostile behavior before.) Instead of telling me the issue, he continues to knock, then yell, then kick, and then shouts "Your washer is leaking down to my unit!" I told him I turned the washer off and to go away. Does he go away? Nope. He continues to kick at my door and starts screaming. Even the public safety operator could hear him from another room in my home.

I know that I can die in a variety of ways, but I have no intention of going out because of my mentally unstable neighbor who has no anger management skills. And one crazy nut is all I intend to deal with this lifetime.

In other news I have a spa getaway planned around the 4th of July in Chicago. Hopefully, this situation won't get any worse and I'll be able to enjoy it. For now, I have to contact my lawyer. Shit.
